Cody Konior has uncovered a bug in SQL Server 2016 RTM pertaining to bulk insertion:

The bug itself is triggered by a combination of > 2000 lines of data and a lot of fields; I’ve been able to reproduce it with 2189 lines and 130 delimiters as an example which you can download here.

Here’s hoping CU1 will have that fixed.

Ben Jarvis notes a file naming bug with Azure Data Factory v2 when decompressing files: ADF V2 natively supports decompression of files as documented at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/supported-file-formats-and-compression-codecs#compression-support.
